We are pleased to announce that the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, SVKM's NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is organizing the International Negotiation & Mediation Competition, 2026 on 23rd August 2026 (Online) and 17th and 18th October 2026 (Offline).
The competition will be conducted in a Hybrid Mode, with the Preliminary Rounds being held Online and the Quarter-finals, Semi-finals and Final Rounds being held Offline at NMIMS, Mumbai.
The competition seeks to promote practical skills in Negotiation, Mediation, Client Counselling, Advocacy and Collaborative Dispute Resolution, while providing participants with an opportunity to engage with eminent ADR practitioners and legal professionals from across the globe.
In this regard, we will allot the following slots from our college:
2 Negotiation Team (2 counsels each)
We request interested teams to apply for the competition. Selection shall be based on the order of ranking in the Internal Client Counselling Ranking Rounds 2025–26.
Applications for the competition must be submitted through the Google Form provided below.
The mandatory details to be provided in the Google Form are:
Name, Class, Registration Number & Attendance Percentage of all Team Members.
Team Code.
Rank secured in the respective Internal Client Counselling Ranking Rounds (Client-Advocate) 2025–26.
POC Email ID and Phone Number.
Attendance Proof from Espro.
Preference List (if applying for multiple competitions).

Any team not complying with the application procedure will not be considered.
The deadline for applications is 15th August (11: 59 PM) , 2026.
No queries for extension shall be entertained.
