Reserved Allotment: NUALS International Negotiation Competition (NINC) 2026 | National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi

We are pleased to announce that the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi is organizing the NUALS International Negotiation Competition (NINC) 2026 on 3rd and 4th October, 2026.

The competition will be held in an Online Mode through Zoom Workspace. Each participating team shall comprise 2 Members (1 Client and 1 Counsel).

The ADR Board has allotted 2 Negotiation Teams for the NUALS International Negotiation Competition (NINC) 2026. The competition aims to develop negotiation skills through complex legal, commercial and transactional simulations, with a focus on technology.

Post-allotment, the following documents are to be submitted:

1. Permission Letter addressed to Associate Dean and Head of Department

2. Undertaking by Participant

3. Undertaking for Attendance

4. Undertaking by Guardian

5. Attendance from ESPro*

6. Proof of Allotment

7. Cover Page of Brochure, stating dates

   
   

In case of attendance shortage, special permission will only be considered if attendance is above 85% with extra-curricular leaves (yellow forms). A coloured printout of the absence details with the missed hours highlighted in green on ESPro must also be submitted.

Withdrawal from the competition after 24 hours of the allotment results will result in blacklisting.
