We are pleased to announce that Birla School of Law, Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar is organizing the 1st Birla Mediation Competition 2026, with the Preliminary Rounds on 3rd October 2026, the Quarter-Finals on 5th October 2026, and the Semi-Finals & Finals on 30th October 2026.
The competition will be held in a Hybrid Mode.
This event aims to provide a practical platform for students to develop and demonstrate mediation, communication, problem-solving and collaborative dispute-resolution skills, with an emphasis on principled dialogue, party autonomy, confidentiality and mutually acceptable solutions.
In this regard, we will allot 1 Team (2+1 Members) from our college to participate in the competition.
We request the interested teams to apply for the competition, and selection will be based on the order of ranking in the Internal National ADR Ranking Rounds (Mediation) 2026-27.

Applications for the competition must be submitted through the Google Form provided below.

The mandatory details to be provided in the Google Form are:
Name, Class, Registration Number & Attendance Percentage of all Team Members.
Team Code.
Rank secured in the respective Internal National ADR Ranking Rounds 2026-27.
POC Email ID and Phone Number.
Attendance Proof from Espro.
Preference List (if applying for multiple competitions).
Any team not complying with the application procedure will not be considered.
The deadline for applications is 17th September 2026 (11:59 PM).
No queries for extension shall be entertained.
